Experience with quality procedures Experience with maintenance management programs is a plus, as well as knowledge of environmental, legal or occupational risk prevention regulations in precast production Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and in German Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams Business vision and ability to manage large-scale projects Analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Previous experience as factory coordinator, the precast sector, in the renewable energy sector and in production environments will be a plus YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
